These Terms are subject to change by The Company, in its sole discretion, at any time, without prior written notice. Any changes to these Terms will be in effect as of the “Last Updated Date” referenced on the Site. Therefore, you should review these Terms prior to using the Site.

Additional terms and conditions may apply to some products or services offered by The Company and to the use of the Site and to specific portions or features on the Site, including, but not limited to, promotional offers, contests, or other similar features (“Additional Terms”) all of which terms are made a part of these Terms by this reference. Product Information

The Site attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, The Site does not warrant that product descriptions and content are accurate, free of errors, complete or current. If any product ordered that you receive isn’t described as shown on The Site, it can be returned – unused – as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Orders

Orders placed on The Site must be $50 BBD or over. Availability of items advertised on The Site is not guaranteed and may be removed from orders without prior notice.

Deliveries & Pickups

Delivery & Pickup dates are determined by the user of The Site, with the earliest available date chosen by The Site and the latest available date 12 days after the date placing the order.

Payment

We accept VISA and Mastercard for payments made on The Site. VISA, Mastercard and Debit Cards are accepted for in-person payments.

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

You have the ability to update or abandon your order at any time until you receive your order. However, once you receive your order, you cannot cancel it. If you desire to seek a refund for any reason, including if the products are unsatisfactory or other reasons, please contact The Company regarding any refund due to you. Your legal rights in this respect are not affected by anything in these terms.

Termination

In The Company’s sole discretion, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to and use of the Services, with or without prior notice. The Company is not responsible for any error in copy or images relating to the Services or any other products offered via the Services. Errors will be corrected when discovered and The Company reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an order has been submitted).

Otherwise applicable sections of these Terms shall survive termination. The Company also reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services, including any of The Company’s Content.

Indemnification

You shall not settle any such claim without the prior written consent of The Company. These obligations will survive any termination of these Terms.
